Where is the Supply and Reinforcement Table?

On page 144 of the manual regarding reinforcements, there is a mention of a Supply and Reinforcements Table
A unit’s maximum reinforcement value is relative to its Supply Value, see
the Supply and Reinforcements Table for full details.

I cannot find that table in the manual using the search function. Can someone point me to it? Thank you.
