Unit production: "PD"?

Post by AshFall »

I've been scouring the manual trying to find out what a "PD" is, that value that should tell me how long a unit takes to build. A corps takes 3, a tank 5 etc. But just how long is one?

I cant find the reference for the life of me, probably just me derping it up somehow. Halp?

The PD value is in months. You can check this out in-game, as it will give you the date of availability (if there are enough funds available to build the unit) just below the unit symbol on the purchase screen. Once built the exact date the unit will be available will also appear in the bi-monthly production schedule as well, below the unit symbol. Note that those with a star are units that were in supply when destroyed will have a time of arrival of half that of the usual PD for the unit.

Thank you! Good to know 1PD = 1 month! :)

Makes a big difference between the seasons.

ORIGINAL: El_Condoro

PD (Production Delay) is 5.24 of manual.

I read through that, but didnt immediately connect

"There is a Production Delay of 1-18 months
before these units will be ready for deployment.
This depends on unit type and the longer build
times represent naval units."

With 1 PD = 1 Month, would have had to cross reference the game to see that there are any units with an 18PD first. :P
