why (code) would these hexes be controlled by my russian rr troops.

Not sure what you mean? Being non-combat, brigade size units they only hex they control is the hex they are in and they cannot move into an EZOC so are stuck. How did they get there is the question. Bypassed by the Germans?

these 2 hexes have been German controlled for over 10 weeks now.


These hexes should just not be Russian owned. They should not have flipped back to Russian. The game has a bug.

This is besides the odd behavior of rr repair working deep behind enemy lines.
