A i notice player can't keep government profile as his want, like replace politburo with parlament just bcs one soldier was promoted to mascot.
Started leaders must have traits friendly to choices durin generation. No one want secretary who so hate current government so will come mad just at the mention about any improvement.
Have option to choose started cards would be not bad, and card need balance overall.
I will trade 2x arena card for arhcive every time. Docile AI also very good option too bcs sentinels don't need supply and they very tough, literally the best climber and saboteur.
Tech froms archives potentially can win all game. One time got combat armor and high speed machinegun at ~30 turn at very slow from archives, and discover tacical nukes and gas powered arms from mainframe ai.
As for me it's no fun when coinflip win the game.
