What features does W@W have that WiE does not?

If any? Or are they basically the same game?

I ask because I am modding my map in WiE, but if there are new features in W@W then obviously I'd prefer to take advantage of them.

About the only W@W specific feature I can think of offhand is the Kamikaze aircraft unit. However, I don't think any of the European combatants specialized in large scale aerial suicide as a tactic, although the Soviets came close in some instances.
