MNG > Assets (Add a Upgrade button)

It seems strange that there is no upgrade button in the Management/Asset window where you can view all of a specific type of Public infrastructure and be able upgrade it from this screen.

If it can't because requirements lack then the upgrade button could be greyed out. This would be a fast way to look over what needs upgrading and doing so on the spot.
