When will there be a new official patch on Matrix? The last one was in May.

Last patch is from July 15th. It is available here:

I downloaded the patch but the readme says v1.00.03.1. Are there any changes that my readme doesn't show since the patch title is v1.00.07.3? It appears that .3 was a fix for .2 so I'm wondering what was in .2.
