[1.04b10] Have game remember interface settings

I like to play with certain display settings in the interface like having the production panel open and having assets shown set to per hex and not per zone and having the operational logistics shown with the initial supply points. each time I load a game I have to set it back to that manually.

I think it would be useful to have the game remember your interface settings so that you don't have to set them each time you start the game.
