Getting Big Bertha and Rail Guns where you want them

How can a commander transfer the big siege guns from one army gruppen to another. thank you!

I selected one unit to go to AGC. Then I wanted to move it to ACN and the HQ button on AGC would not highlight. So not sure what happened to that unit now.

You are trying to use the push method of reassigning between HQs - and that will only work when they are close enough together and generally will take points.

If you push the SU first to OKH and then reassign it you should always be able to do this no matter how far away OKH is. And if you unlock HQs and let it drift up to OKH during logistics turns you can do this for free.
