So I'm in about 12 turns and have paid very close attention to my HQ's and their distance/mp from the rail heads as well as the 5 hexes to subordinate units and I feel I've done a good job. However, I am seeing panzer units unable to get fuel when the logistical tail is operating withing distances recommended. I have pulled most of 1st Panzer off the line for 2-3 turns just east of Kiev and they just never got fuel... all the units sat at 1-2% and there was no zoc or distance issues.

Does this have to do with the motorpool? I have moved and tweaked my HQ's moving forward and making sure they are supporting their units within 5 hexes.

What is the distance to railhead there? Please post some pictures including unit supply detail window.

The Parent HQ was 3 hexes closer to the rail head.
