Logistic points disappearing during turn change

Updated to 1.05 but had this already in 1.04. I have always kept one logistic setting on, current or preview in logistic settings. But this is now the second game I play where the setting is on but the actual points shown disappear during the turn change. I need to take off the setting and press it again to the points to be shown and its annoying. A bug?

EDIT: in addition, sometimes it happens, less times it does not.
