Ship repair price

Hi,

I left the Canadian patrol group to be repaired. It was already at 1940 tech. and was the only Canadian unit to be repaired or upgraded (all others were on "no repair").

The repair cost came to 42 PP. I did it two turns in a row, and both times the cost was for 42 PP for a step.

Since such a 1940 ship cost 330 PP new, it comes to 66 PP per step. The rules mention that ship repair is 25% of build cost, so the price should be 17 PP, so in reality it seems to be 2/3 instead (higher even than land units) of a 1/4. Not sure if it is a bug or if the rules have changed.

It uses Canada production not UK. Also needs to be in a 5 size port or higher

Yes I know, it did repair very well with canadian PP but at 66% of cost instead of the 25% according to the rules.
