lend-lease

Post by craigbear »

When the game begins, I am able to choose and accept lend lease aircraft between the relevant powers.

However, I cannot see how I can get lend-lease aircraft in subsequent years. When are lend lease aircraft added to respective force pools? How can I see them?

Sorry if this seems obvious, but I cannot determine this after playing a number of solo games.

You can watch the aircraft in the lend-lease pool at any time by going to 'pools' and look at the relevant pool.

Edit: New aircraft are added to the L/L pool with the beginning of a new year. That is, if that MP have any such aircraft added

To L/L aircraft later on in the game you go to the 'info' menu and select the L/L form. The side to lend planes should be the active side.

Note that this form is not available in all steps. The picture below shows that it can be done during the DOW step. I am pretty sure it can be done during production as well.

There is one bug: According to the rules, you should be able to reclaim a lent plane that is a force pool (not on the map or in a reserve pool). Unfortunately, MWiF has not been coded for this yet.
I thought I knew how to play this game....
