3/4 of new game starts results w/starving troops.

Food stockpiles have always started out with adequate food supplies, so why am I starting a new game with starving troops in the black?
Playing w/current version 1.05, Single player, Siwa class planet, Beginner level, 3 zone start, 2 Armies per zone, tech level 5. I've never had starving troops on the first turn of game play on previous versions.

I can recreate starting w troops starving in the black mostly when using the "Robinson Crusoe" scenario however I've also recreated it w/o selecting the scenario in random mode.

We had the same issue with 3 different mp games on different beta versions of 1.04

You'll normally always have at least enough Food for several turns. So if troops start out with "black block" that means the logistics are not getting to them.
Any possibility of posting a screenshot of your empire with logistics overlay active?

Sent in a saved game file called "starving"

Thanks for the save files. I have been making adjustments to prevent this from happening in upcoming beta 2.
