Scrolling the map has become stuttering with the new patch especially when you are trying to get to the bottom of the map, changing resolution doesn't appear to help and but you can use the keyboard arrow keys to navigate the map.

How are you scrolling?

Full or windowed?

I ran it in full screen, windowed screen. Map scroll on using mouse, map scroll off using arrow keys.

That code has not changed. So I need more details.

I also have 2 monitors so one side on the side scroll only works for a small portion of the screen naturally as there is a buffer.

When I am running the game in a windowed version I can only move the map screen using the mouse in an upward direction (ie from North Africa to Norway)
However in Full Screen Mode I can move the map from the left and the right and up but not down. It may just be effecting my PBEM game as I have just opened a non PBEM game and it appears to be working without issue.

That is very odd. Is the version on the screen 1.00.08? This sounds like the map bug from 1.00.04ish.

Did you try uninstalling and installing again.

Try to do ALT + ENTER to be in a real full screen mode.

I got an answer back from Unity.

They removed that graphical interface at the load for the current version. Also I noticed their full screen mode isn't what is was in 2017. They changed the way it full screens.

The issue everyone is having is with the windows taskbar. It prevents real full screen and the border for the mouse move overlaps to where it doesn't register.

When I tested it I was on my 2nd monitor with the windows bar reduced.

So I have to ask unity why they made this silly change and how to make it real full screen like it was in 2017 or increase the map scroll border to compensate.

The work around is this

Create a direct shortcut of the warplan.exe

Right click open the shortcut

in the... Target: add " -window-mode exclusive" at the end of the line yes with the space in front.

I will see about getting this within the game to work. They changed all this due to a larger bug in the engine.

Its only a mild annoyance so I personally am prepared to wait for an ingame fix

Nope didn't work. I posted to Unity about this.

I reduced my task bar to not there
went to full windowed mode
then hit full screen and things are as they should be with real full screen.

They made this change because it was causing a larger problem somewhere else apparently.

if there is no fix then I have to extend the pixel range of where the game looks for the mouse to overlap the side so it works.
