Questions /Issues with 1.00.80

I don't know if these are deliberate or not but here they are...
When playing as the German vs the AI, I see these questionable things.

1) As AI the US/UK/USSR never build any Merchant ships but they do build lots of Escorts, the
result is that they have zero Merchant ships and 100's of Escorts by 1943?

2) As Human FIN/RUM/HUN Air units cannot use Supply Trucks?

3) As Human VICHY NA was able to build a division but could not deploy it, no legal places?

4) As AI the Russian Navy in the Black Sea had no friendly port, so it spent the next 2 years sitting
in the Black Sea until I finally sent Air Units to destroy it?

5) Should VICHY SYRIA have at least 1/2 manpower?
