[Fixed] Random Wingmen Behavior 1147.10

1.) Select Hornet 4 (Wingman)
2.) Plot course for that plane, preferably close
3.) Hornet 4 will rejoin Hornet 3 (Lead) once Hornet 4's course is complete
4.) Select Hornet 4 again and plot course
5.) Hornet 4 completes the course but will randomly create a new course in the patrol area, instead of rejoining Hornet 3
6.) Once Hornet 4 completes this random course, it will rejoin Hornet 3
