[DB3K] database v487 055 / DF100 bugs

For "#2834 Type 055 destroyer", number of channels for the SA-10 missile datalink is wrong. in DB487 it has a value of 1. In the cheaper and older 052D, the number of channels is 24. So now a 055 can only hit one aerial target at a time. :O

Also For "#3669 DF-100", the cruise attitude is 24000 ft AGL. I suppose it is a typo (missing a zero?) and mean 240,000 ft instead? This thing was flying at Mach 5 and Band1 Performance section states it has a ceiling of 1,850,000 feet.
