I liked the modding that Don did so much that I'm going to restart and use his scenario. To showcase his work more than anything else. Here's what the new Boardgame-style looks like. I like it a lot.

I’m so accustom to German counters being black or shades of grey that this will need some getting use to.
One comment though, suggest that you consider using black for the Foreground and Numbers color. White is good on dark back grounds but are hard to read in the lighter colors being used. Maybe it’s readable on your live screen, but the screen capture is difficult for me to read. Not enough contrast. Otherwise, I applaud all mods that enhance player enjoyment.

Larry, thank you! I think I'll do another AAR to test it out, with my mods as well.
Rhinobones, my mod looks a little different with the background map colors I use see my AAR.

I too love this scenario. It's just about the right size for a quick game but still has enough variability to entertain. And about your tweaks....good job, I like what you've done. It's a much better scenario now. Actually anyone is invited to mod it to their heart's desires for a better scenario. I'm on T3 now and need to post some more pictures to give you guys how it's going.ORIGINAL: Zovs

T3, Riga
Here's what's going on right now in the north. I'm about to capture Riga and I'm driving on Pskov with one of my Panzer divisions so I should arrive there next turn. That one yellow unit is the Spanish volunteers for the Axis side. I've flown an airborne unit to an airfield north of the fighting and I'm going to try to cut off the supply to all the units south of where it landed. The rail is repaired almost all the way to Riga so the supply levels should be excellent next turn. I've only got one Ju-87 unit that can reach the Soviet BB unit and each of my airstrikes on the Soviet BB yield a modest amount of damage for a few of my aircraft each strike. I'm using the Finn fighters to provide CAP for my strikes and they are doing a bang up job of it.

T3, Minsk
I captured Minsk in T2 and now I'm driving on Smolensk. I've arrived at the east edge of the Pripyet Marshes and I'm pushing for the Dneper River to the east of my forces. Elmer was breaking bridges like they were going out of style and I'm struggling to rebuild them all. The railhead isn't too far away so I'm fairly confident that I can continue the advance next turn. I don't want to drive into terrain that has no supply. The weather continues to be favorable. Almost all my aircraft are still green with only 5 resting this turn all of them bombers. The AS levels are 26 for my side and 0 for the Soviets. All my fighters are on three-dots because of the huge difference in air shock values. Mine is 100% and the Soviet air shock is 35%. Losses have been light so far.

T3, Kiev
Here's what's going on down south. The Romanians haven't been activated yet so nothing is moving further south than this. I seem to have made some sort of breakthrough along the south edge of the Soviet MLR and I'm going to try to drive a lot of units through there to surround the Soviet units before I assault Kiev seriously. I've been clearing all the Soviet units out of the mountains near Hungary and a lot of progress has been made there. There's not a lot of supply at the tip of the spear but I'm hoping it will improve next turn since the railheads are so close. I drove one of my formations too hard and they went into reorg but they are mostly MP's and AA units so it's not a catastrophe. I'm trying to use the Panzers to clear out the biggest Soviet stacks because they have the tanks that will do the job quickly. I'm in a hurry to get up against Kiev and closer to Odessa before they turn into fortresses. I'm pretty sure that the Romanians will activate in T4 so I can use them to clear out the Bessarabia. I'm optimistic.

Amy Shumer tells the story about one time she was being interviewed by Katie Curic and for some reason Katie had to leave the room for just a moment to see something and make a decision about it and then she would return almost immediately. Unfortunately for Katie, she neglected to take her phone with her. So Amy Shumer waits until Katie is gone from the room and uses Katie's phone to text Katie's husband: "I want to try anal tonight." and then put her phone back. It's unknown what ensued at Katie's house that night. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vh1ige7lVyU

I'm making a lot of progress in the south as you can see from this image. So far so good. The biggest problem is the lack of supply at the tip of the spear. I'm hoping it will rise enough to continue the advance next turn.

T8, Moscow
I'm making a lot of progress in the push for Moscow. The Soviet front line seems rather thin in spots and that's where I'm probing. It's July 16, 1941 which is way ahead of winter weather. I'm arriving at Moscow too early again. That implies that the scenario is still unbalanced in favor of the Axis. I'm thinking I need to remove the RR engineers from the Corps HQ units entirely and see how the RR engineer units do on their own. Maybe add a couple of them and let it go at that. I'll have to restart again after I mod this bad boy. I'm going to see what in the world is causing that graphical anomoly and see if I can't fix it too.

Great AAR Larry, I made a small tweak, Army Group Center needs the pink and white icon (same as AGN and AGS and the Eng counters, I missed flipping AGC).

Hey there my friend. I've modded your scenario and given it a new name. I fixed AGC for you. I've added some ferry engineers to the Corps HQ's when I removed the RR engineers. And I added two RR engineer units to those that were already in the formation. I toyed with the graphical anomoly but never could fix it. I think I may have a terrain tile that's corrupted or something. I'll look at that.
I have posted the new version here below if you want to play with it.
