Can't download update to v1.02

After years of being able to download updates with no problem, all of the sudden I get an error "can't download securely" when I try to download the latest update. Automatic update has never worked for me and yes, I tried turning off the anti-virus protection.

Sorry to hear about the trouble and I would suggest contacting Matrix support directly to hopefully help you sort this out.
