Better Empire Customization

Hello! I think it would be nice to have a deeper customization of one's empire available. Namely, the options I'd like to see, in order of most-wanted to least:

1. Ability to change the empire's name theme from the default generic one to the other ones that seem only to be available to the AI (eg. the French and German themes).
2. Ability to view and change the name of your starting city before going in-game.
3. Ability to change the name of your country's culture, which is based on your starting city name, but if you change that name it can be strange and unfitting.

Might be others but these are the only ones I can think of right now. The changing of name themes in particular is something I'd super appreciate.
