No emails in Pbem

I don't receive e-mails when my opponents finish their turn for a couple of days now.

Opponents do receive theirs

No e-mails in my spam folder and no block on the address.

Just FYI:

I've contacted the support and they replied, that they will ask the web admin to take a look. Okay, that's fair. But for 14 days I haven't heard anything more. Nothing changed, no reply, nothing. For the time being I wouldn't call that "Support".

I have also just stopped getting emails, despite getting them regularly up until 3 days ago.
