[1.05b9] AI Major makes thousends of Motorcycle Infantry

I was quite surprised to find out how many of these the AI has on reserve on the capital, as the AI its not using them and its not making any other kind of troops either.

Now for some reason the AI made a entire Independent AT guns division instead of... I dont know, making several OHQs?
