[1.06b1] Impossible to roll a planetoid without atmosphere

As the title said, I was trying to generate an small planetoid world without atmosphere (0 mbar) without any luck, I tried with young and old planets, with gravity 0.15-0.26, -70°C to 20°C without any success.

The settings than I was using were:

* Survival Stress
* Nemesis

The lowest air pressure than I got was 149 mbar, and when starting with a tech lvl 5 game we started (mp game) with plane models than were able to fly normally (5-8 range), I don't know if its because the base models are hard-codded or if its a bug (They used propeller engines)
