Has something happened to the Crime cards?

I've begun a few test runs lately, all with the Crime module activated, and I've yet to see any of the Crime stratagems (Meet the Godfather, etc.). At least one run shows the Crime Syndicate relations level, but no Crime cards to manage it.

nope. maybe the syndicate doesn't have visible crews active in your Zones?
