In the netplay game that Centuur and I are playing it was crazy. I had surrounded several corps and a HQ next to Chungking. He did emergency supply and attacked at -1 odds (wanting to build them again in Japan) and rolled a 20!!! killing both of my defenders and he lost 1 unit thereby capturing Chungking.
aaaahhhh!!!!

And to know that I had 3 earlier attacks on the place, all at +10 or more and rolled very, very bad.
