Add some UI templates

Reading some comments on steam some players refunded because they found it hard to read the text or found the UI too distracting. I use one of the mods that improves the UI quite a bit as some of the panel colors and text looks washed out. Someone posted those mod links in the thread on Steam, but this might not be seen by everyone.
But i think it would be easier for new players who just brought the game could be able to access some theme templates in Preferences similar to the mod. A template UI could be made available for modders to make their own tweaks and those can be sent to Vic to add to the list if they fit the bill.

Or adding steam workshop functionality to the game so modders can upload them to workshop and players can download them and there could be a activate mod popup in the Preferences. Drag name of mod over to right side of a split window pane to activate or just tick. Workshop would also be handy for other kinds of graphics mods too.
