System Requirements

I have one old GT 220 Nvidia graphic card 1Gb and a dual core E5200 Pentium 2.5ghz processor, how to tell if they meet the above requirements?
I have DirectX 12 so i assume i´m covered on the first one, the CPU on the other hand remains hard to determine.

So it seems i fulfill the games requirements for the hardware:

WarPlan doesn't need heavy graphics. A simple business computer with Windows 7 could run it.

Don't worry about it. Just have Direct X updated to the current. And now that is DX11 BTW. Unity Engine let go of DX10.
