[1.06.10] Lieutenant unit feat offered for heli squadron

I got a decision to promote a Veteran Sergeant in a recon heli squadron to a Veteran Lieutenant. But air units are not supposed to get unit feats, and what makes this even more curious is that the heli squadron never had a Veteran Sergeant in the first place. This promotion chain is supposed to go Sergeant -> Lieutenant -> Captain, right?

The scenario in question was started in patch 1.06b2, while according to the changelog, unit feat events are supposed to be blocked for air units since 1.05b13.

Confirmed. Its awkward but will not cause any malfunctions. Will be fixed in upcoming patch.
