[1.07.01] Defender leader modifier not shown in top bar in airstrike

In the attached screenshot, the enemy SHQ leader is giving their troops a hitpoint bonus while defending against an airstrike. However, the top bar says their leaders are not giving them any modifiers, the actual bonus is only shown in the tooltip.

That's because the top number is a multiple of the average attack bonus and the average hp bonus and the attack bonus is zero.

But next version it will show the average of attack power and hitpoint bonus %. Makes more sense and is more informative as a huge modifier could now be hidden when looking at the screen in a glance.
