Not in front of the game right now, but it was the first on the list, starting 1939 as Axis.
Will double-check after work.

Just checked the 39 and 44 campaigns in the editor, this is there in both of them.

Just an update that this will be fixed for the next patch/update. The NM is actually London and the NM text you see there is simply being shown in the wrong spot. Apologies for any confusion.
