My last post didn't go thru for some reason, so I will restate-

GH has numerous! AA and AT guns that are hitting me from 30+ hexes, while only I advance. That just stopped. My forces retreat to my starting lines. If you want me, you wade into the fire.

Well now. I see two recon jeeps (with recon teams mounted), a platoon of M3's, a platoon of 57mm ATG's, and a platoon of Engineers, all racing up the center road towards my lines at top speed. Thats alot of ATG's. Not to mention the 40mm AA and 3 inch DP guns blazing away every time I move a unit. Someone is gun crazy here.

I managed to wound two transports carrying the 57mm ATG's, but didn't kill either. They had better hug sand though...

Two more weak 222's are killed off as I advance. A sniper/scout runs into hidden Goblin Armor behind the main/center hill. With the extreme slow movement for the infantrie this battle should go the limit. I bring up a "ACE" in the hole.

Nothing to report. Still a fast, heavy rush up the middle from him, and tons of long range AT and AA fire from his guns.

The first M3 dies, with a 105mm diameter hole in it. Recoiless rifles rule a$$. A 57mm ATG tastes 150mm rounds, and suffers casualties. I bonked a 47mm round from a Vichy ATG off an M3. My 105mm RR blast away at American recon units!

Vichy tanks into action! ( :rolleyes: ) Range, 2-4 hexes! Hit chance, 4-8 percent! My goodness, they should just throw rocks at that range, and double their hit percents. Still, they are Somua's, so they will take some killing...:rolleyes:
