[1.08] Crafted Artisan card (Creates Light Industry) didn't work

Crafted Artisan card (Creates Light Industry) and it didn't work as expected.
I had only 1 city with Light Industry I. Played that yellow Artisian card -> Light Industry stayed at lvl I.

If it should create Light Industry only I lvl then there should be check so card can't be played on the zone with already existing Light Industry, if it should make +I (like Casino, Arena, etc. cards work) then it doesn't working now.

I'll check this and fix this for the 1.08.02. Thanks for reporting. Sadly just to slow for the next official update. Ah well.

By the way are you sure you played it ... and did not click on Scrap Stratagem while still being in Scrap mode?

Just double checked and Light Industry works as intended. Its probably my UIs fault that lets you switch to target tab while remaining in Scrap mode.
Something to improve upon in an upcoming version.

The bug poster mentioned Casinos and Arenas. I haven't seen any of those in my current 70-ish turn 1.08 game - the only scrap assets I've seen are Light Industry (which yes, works fine), Hunting, Scavenging, Xenofarms, Ice Mines, and Metal Mines. I even did some save scumming to try to see if there was other stuff and I haven't seen any. In 1.07x games, I saw a fuller variety. Did something change with that?

Was sure that I played but if you checked and it worked as intended then sorry for the incorrect report. I will double-check if I have it again.

There are different Light Industry scrap cards - I got the one with +Meritocracy (also saw a Light Industry card with +Democracy in one game but didn't play it).

Didn't attach the save file as I guess Scrap cards are generated randomly.

Noticed this bug as I enjoy the Private Economy thing a lot and watch every stratagem card played with city window open. Usually, it updates as soon as you close Stratagems window.

I had the issue happening on stream yesterday, with the play of a Commercial Hunting card. About a minute after this video begins (~20:00 minutes), I check to see for my Hunting Community, but it is not there:

And yes, it appears to be not repeatable! I went back to my round 22 autosave off stream, resolved the turn to 23, then tried playing Commercial Hunting again ... this time it worked!
