PDF manual available?

So I just place my pre-order for the boxed edition (I really want a physical copy of the manual). Is the PDF version available for download, either in general for for people who have pre-ordered?

No, but there will be previews:
We'll be posting sections of the manual as PDF previews, starting later today.
