[Fixed] LIVE news PDF not accessible anymore from Launcher

At least on the Steam version, the LIVE pdf news aren't accessible anymore from the launcher like they used to.
Recommend adding a third option to the launcher with e.g. "LIVE News PDF".

Also, the Pole Positions news is still missing (from the Steam version at least).

Those madmen just patched it a couple hours after my bug report [&o]. Now this is why I will keep on buying Command products, the support is just great.

I assume so because it gave me a new license agreement and didn't change anything in the command app or directory. But the Matrix launcher is brand new.
