Assign Auto Control to Command HQ's?

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

Assign Auto Control to Command HQ's?

Post by MTAMounties »

Hi all:

Any way to assign automatic mission planning to some of the subordinate commands (8th AF, Bomber Command, 9th AF, 15th AF etc)? So if I wanted to concentrate on just manually managing Bomber Command, for example, can I assign some form of auto planning to all the others?

The Auto Plan Raids is not quite what I am looking for, as you still have to manually click on plan all raids/recon each turn.

Running version 1.06.05.

Thanks in advance!

I remember Europe Ablaze and the original Carriers At War by SSG had that option.

In Europe Ablaze I remember taking command of Luftflotte 5 and bombing shipping in the North Sea and ports on the east coast of England and Scotland while the computer did everything else.

I knew I wasn't yet senile (getting close though) but I remembered you could set the Fighter Command Groups to computer control under Set Doctrine. Which is why I asked if the reverse was true for Bomber Command in Bombing the Reich.
