question about pre-ordering

Hi, does the the pre-order include the physical copy of the game as well as a digital code or is it one or the other?
I was also wondering if i pre-ordered now when would the payment be taken from my bank account, straight away or when the game is released?

EDIT: i've just read the FAQ so i know the answer to Q1 but i'm still interested in Q2.

The physical hardbound manual is an option you can add during the order process. By default, it's the download version unless you add the physical option.

You are charged when the order is placed.
