Editor Manual Feedback Wanted

Post by kahta »

I am a WITE 2 Beta Tester and I've volunteered to write the manual for the Editor. I am looking for feedback from people who have pre-ordered the game or intend to buy it.

Concurrently, I am planning on making two campaigns to release.

One historical and one alternative history.

The historical campaign will be a May 1942 start to the Grand Campaign.

The alternative history campaign will be a modified version of the Stalingrad to Berlin campaign that starts with a November 1942 peace treaty with the Western Allies.

Which one would you rather see documented and used as examples of how to use the editor in the editor manual?

Thanks for doing this!

I would love to see the 42 campaign used.

I concur the use of the 42 Campaign. However, I am just curious. How to use the Editor seems a writing disregarding whether it is historical or alternative. The use of script seems to be elaborated more. It is not even a half page in the old one.
The limitations of the checking would love to elaborate too.

The earliest release the better.

Great.

For the 1942 start- is there a preference on the date?

For the May 42 start it would depend if you want to have it before or after the Battle of Kharkov.

Would probably be more interesting if it started before, so around 12th of May.
