Warplan Europe connection

Post by Numdydar »

Any chance of combining this game and WarPplan Europe so a full WWII game can be played?

Or is that something planned for Warplan Europe/Pacific version 2 [:)]?

I think this is planned in Warplan 2.
Chancellor Gorkon to Captain James T. Kirk:

WarPlan 2 will be global after we iron out all the kinks of both theaters. One of the major changes will be holding counters for divisions without the added micromanagement.

I will say that this thread, WarPlan Pacific's future release and the Easter 30% off sale got me off the fence to buy WarPlan. Definitely excited about a Pacific Game that doesn't have me micromanaging the grade of engine oil used in Japanese Landing Craft!!!!! [:D]

But you do have to farm rice and noodles then use Einstein's formula by hand to calculate how much energy you need from water and soil to grow rice and noodles which impact the strength of Japanese units. All while creating water irrigation patches while consulting real weather and climate charts managing for the seasons. Then allotting these rations to each individual Allied soldier by their proper names. At least the list is alphabetical.
