Can't launch the game.

I can't believe that you, guys, are unable to build a game that LAUNCH PROPERLY WITHOUT THE NEED OF HAVE INFORMATIC SKILLS TO NAVIGATE IN A TRUCKLOAD OF WINDOWS TO DO FIXES IN BUGS THAT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO AVOID. IS THAT SO HARD?

Please keep everything in one thread. While I understand your frustration, perhaps it would help to note that we added an entire wave of testers two weeks ago specifically to catch last minute issues and none of these showed up. We also did multiple release candidate and clean systems tests in our offices over the last week without any such issues. There are also many customers playing the game without any issues right now. We obviously can't duplicate every customer system configuration, but the only way to fix this for you is to very specifically work with you now and find out what's wrong.
