Problem report hotfix

I had some trouble with Patch 1.06: Turm 144 of 43'Campaign....the Recon wasn't working. Paulo Costa was kind enough to point out the subsequent hotfix and helped me greatly getting it installed. I'm not great with computers.
I had to restart the campaign (there was a lotta uninstalling, reinstalling getting the patch working-me, not you guys). After the hotfix was successfully installed, I had the following occur: Turn 22, in reviewing Action Reports I clicked on an Italian town but was taken to England with the 'range check' line running through the page in the diretion of what I assume was Italy at the other end. I stopped before I got too deep into the campaign.
Perhaps this has been reported before. Paulo asked meto let you guys know. Very nice man.
