How to shift a location name?

I want to fix names of some locations and I found how to do so. But how I can shift these names relatively of these locations on the map? By default a new name moves to up and in some cases it looks not good because there are others things around it.

Open the Editor and load generic data. Go to the map. The ¬ key accesses the map editor. You can move names having selected the TEXT screen. The offsets are set by zoom level.
