Minor error?

Minor error?

I just watched the latest video,and am very much looking forward to the game!!!
As a historical footnote, though the U.S. WWI battleship before the Nevada class were built for coal, the U.S. navy had converted all of these ships to run on oil in the 20's, I believe.

The rule is more than the Japanese than anyone to give them oil options.
