Soft factors display

A UI request:

Would be really useful to be able to toggle the soft factor display on units to be on the bottom right rather than top right of the counter, because when Show Forts is activated (which let's face it, is an option many players have more or less permanently selected) the soft factor triangle cannot be seen beneath the fort number of the hex.

If thats not too difficult... Why not two soft displays top and bottom?
