Abandon Vehicles/Heavy Equipment Option

I'd like to see units with no fuel not be able to move/route/retreat with their motor vehicles but have the option to abandon equipment to regain mobility. Also lose all or a majority of such equipment through involuntary movement.

I assume this is modeled already, but vehicle losses should be greater when retreating than advancing or standing still because repair facilities have to either abandon damaged vehicles or get overrun themselves.

22.1.2 Motorized units will always receive at least one MP, even
when out of fuel.

Like WitE 1, lack of fuel isn't yet modeled accurately so historical abandonment of vehicles and heavy equipment won't happen. It's not just motorised units, either, most foot divisions also contained motor vehicles- liaison and tractors, and artillery towed by them. They will move with or without fuel. It was not unusual to save manpower by abandoning vehicles and heavy equipment, KG Peiper being a famous example.
