AOG transfers

I understand why AOG's are coded to transfer in and out together with their component units, however with enhanced TB on this poses a problem.

F.e. I have cancelled the scheduled squadron transfers, but suddenly my squadrons don't have any suitable AOG below Fliegerkorps, because the Geschwader AOG transfers out anyway, leaving the components homeless.

Please add some generic random JG, KG etc. in the AOG list that stay in the entire game so that they can be used for such occasions.
