PacWar Manual?

Is there a PDF PacWar manual like for WiR, I realize that there is a tutorial but it isn't really detailed and I couldn't find any pdf manual in the files.

If someone could help me out that would be great.

Yes, there is a ".pdf" manual in the full download. Interestingly, the file is not as big as the pdf detailing the changes between Version 1.X and the later versions.

Also, be sure to get the Data Card ".doc" file in the Ver. 3.1 download. It contains a number of rules and program features that were left out of the original manual.
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?

:D I attached a file called "PWHints" that has been posted previously. It is a bit outdated for some subjects (due to updates produced by Matrix Games)- but the basics mechanics and strategy are still applicable.
