Quick Depot question

I know I'm missing something obvious here. Busy playing the scenario 'Battle for Tunisia' as the Axis and my depot at Kairouan simply won't receive more than 10% of it's capacity per turn regardless of what I tweak.

In comparison the depot just north of it at Zaghouan receives 99% despite being a priority lvl 2 depot compared to 4 for Kairouan. Both are a short distance from their own well stocked, rail connected port and both have similar levels of railroad damage. Kairouan does have an airfield but that is hardly soaking vast quantities of freight.

Of note is that while Zaghouan's pop up states "freight:14127", Kairouan though has a fat zero.

I've never played this scenario before, or the Axis for that matter, but I started and played through a few turns just now. In turn 3 I changed the supply priority of all Axis depots to 1 except for Kairouan, which I set to 4. In turn 4 it received 5002 freight, stored 1430, and shipped out 3554.

By turn 5 it received 20,001 freight. See screenshot.

My guess is that the depots on the coast with level 3 and 4 supply priority are sucking up all the freight before it gets to Kairouan.

Apologies for the late reply cfulbright

I did some testing and it turned out to be a bug of some sort. I went back, replayed the turn only changing priority of the Kairouan depot down to 3 and supplies then flooded in. Put it back up to 4 again for the following turn and supplies continued to flood in.

It was as if it was stuck on priority 1 despite being set to 4.

So I played through about 4 turns with a vital depot on 1 not 4 drastically curtailing my already severely overburdened supply lines.
