It looks like is the same problem that used to happen in the chains of war dlc with the mark 54. In this scenario there is the spanish S 61 Delphin armed with F17 Mod 2 torpedoes and when I lauch them they seen to petered out at half of their range. I add 2 savefiles, one before launching the torpedoes(prueba2) and one just after firing(torpedoes in water)
Sometimes torpedoes hit the target before they reach half of their range, so I recomend trying the scenario another time if that hapends
I have command steam version

Hello Martin,

I tried out your scenario, and the torpedoes go to their full range (20 nm at 28 knots, or 11 nm at 40 kts).

There was a short-ranged torpedo bug a few months ago, which caused torpedoes to run out of fuel early. However, this was corrected, and they work properly now.

Are you still using an older version of Command? You can download the latest beta release here: https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4997647

That might solve your problem.

My bad, I thought the steam version was the last one out
