Leader name inconsistency

For some reason in the CR HQ tab, leader column has the names listed in a different way ("G. Zhukov" vs "Zhukov, Georgy"), and the names don't have link functionality.

It's a minor annoyance but should an easy fix, just replace the quite useless HQ tab Leader column with the more useful Leader tab column.

Ran into issues with this when merging the leader and HQ CSVs! Had to do some name formatting for the lookups, before I realized I could just compare the HQ names :D

And it looks ridiculous. Sorting on initial of first name, really, and the sort is incomplete.
